One of the best ways to add flavor and juiciness to a cut of meat is marinating.
The tricky part is getting the timing right. Too short a marinating time and nothing happens, too long and the flavor can become overpowering and the meat can actually end up being drier.
But get it right, and oh man…you end up with something really special!
